Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born on November 24 1982) is an American political commentator from the United States. She was a former candidate for the US Senate, and a TV presenter at MSNBC. She was frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising together with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have announced that they will leave the show in the month of May 2021 in order to launch Breaking Points, a new independent venture with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has also appeared as a guest on networks like CNN, CNBC, Fox News and shows like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her interest in politics to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and was also able observe the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She witnessed the impact the election had on the people in her country and was inspired to understand the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the election of 2010. But she was defeated by Rob Wittman. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 through July 15, 2015. She launched the People's House Project in May 2017 to promote Democratic causes.
